Due to the inherent limitations of a single provider practice, I am unable to provide emergency services. In case of an emergency or any concern for your or a patient’s safety, do not use this service and do not wait for me to respond. Instead, call 911.
• This includes any urgent or time-sensitive matter in which you need an immediate response, such as but not limited to suicidal or homicidal thinking, risk of self-harm, or side effects to a medication.
